PLN capacity upgrades and new circuits from the panel, civil work such as breaking through a wall or waterproofing an existing floor, and delivery beyond the Bandung basin all sit outside this table — they show up as their own line in the quote, never folded quietly into the headline price.

What it costs to actually run
The build cost is only half the picture. An 8 kW dry sauna draws roughly 8–10 kWh to heat up and run one session; a 3 kW infrared unit uses far less. An ice bath chiller isn’t on all the time either — it cycles just enough to hold temperature, and Bandung’s cooler climate with 24–26°C tap water means a lighter workload than a chiller working in Jakarta’s heat. We work out your expected kWh draw and include it in the quote.
