90°C then 2°C. Hot and cold aren't two products — they're one system. We design, fabricate and install the whole thing, out of our own workshop in Bandung.
Blood vessels dilate at 90°C, then constrict at 4°C. Repeated, that's a stimulus you cannot get from either one alone. Which is why we don't sell saunas and ice baths as two items in different catalogues.

A chiller holds 4°C. The first thirty seconds are the challenge; the rest of your day is the result.

A 6–9 kW heater is not a plug-in appliance. We check your PLN capacity at the survey — before you choose a product, not after the quote is signed.
If you only want a sauna, we'll build a sauna. But if an ice bath might follow, we run the electrical, water and drainage now — that's the expensive part to retrofit later.

A custom dry sauna starts at Rp 68M, infrared at Rp 42M, and an ice bath at Rp 38M. The final figure depends on size, timber, heater spec and the electrical work your site needs.
Yes. We regularly build in Lembang, Dago, Setiabudi, Cimahi, Padalarang, Jatinangor and West Bandung, and across West Java generally. Jakarta on request.
It depends on the product. An infrared sauna at 1.8–3 kW usually runs on existing 220V. A dry sauna at 6–9 kW almost always needs a dedicated circuit and often a PLN capacity increase — and that upgrade can take weeks. We check this at the free survey, before you choose.
Neither — they're different products. Infrared heats your body at 45–60°C on an ordinary socket; a dry sauna heats the room to 90°C and needs its own circuit. In most Bandung homes the electrical supply is what actually decides it.
There's no single ideal number — there's a dose: temperature times duration. Beginners are comfortable at 12–15°C, the common range is 8–12°C, experienced users go 3–8°C. Below 3°C shows no proven extra benefit and raises risk.
Typically 3–6 weeks for a sauna or ice bath, 5–8 weeks for a full wellness area, counted from final design. Site readiness is the biggest variable.
Yes, and we often recommend it. The condition is that electrical, water and drainage runs go in during phase one — adding them afterwards means breaking up the floor.
For most healthy people, yes. But some conditions genuinely warrant a doctor's opinion first: pregnancy, heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure and epilepsy. And never go in after drinking — that's the single biggest real-world risk factor.
